FULL SUSPENSION TANDEM FRAME

We are pleased to announce the recent delivery of an impressive full suspension mountain tandem frame to an enthusiastic cyclist in Las Vegas, US. This custom-designed GURUGU tandem model combines the quality and innovation that characterize our brand, offering an amazing cycling experience on challenging mountain terrain.

The frame of this tandem is made with high quality aluminium, guaranteeing durability, resistance and lightness. The double suspension allows it to absorb the impacts of uneven terrain, providing a smooth and comfortable ride for both riders.

Full suspension tandem frame features and compatibilities:

Shock system: The same system we use in the electric ones. Our own “4 Bar” suspension system with FSR “Horst Link” pivot point, specifically designed for tandem kinematics. With a travel of 150mm for a shock of 230x65mm.
Head tube: Tapered (1-1/8”, 1-1/2”), integrated headset
Bottom brackets: BSA 68/73mm
Chain tensioner: Included in the frame price comes the chain tensioner designed by us. Using the Anchorage ISCG05 system, we designed a chain tensioner for tandems with lots of advantadges compared to the old eccentric system.
Seat tubes: Internal Ø: 31.6mm / external Ø: 34.9mm. Front and rear dropper seat post ready
Thru axle: Ø12x172mm, 1mm thread pitch for Sram UDH. 148mm hub width (BOOST size)
Wheel size: 29″, maximum tire width: 2.5″
Brake caliper mount: 220 or 203mm (Included with the frame)

Stocker stem:

Together with our frames, we always reccomend to get one of our stocker stems. These stems are made to measure according to the frame geometry with an adjustable system.
