At Campmajó we are specialists in the manufacture and sale of custom-made bicycles, both in aluminum and steel, and both conventional and electric. Designed and built to each rider’s exact specifications, our bikes combine precision, quality and performance for a perfect fit. We are a totally independent bicycle manufacturer and our bicycles are 100% made in Tarragona, Spain.
We shape the tubes ourselves, devise and manufacture the machined parts of the bicycles, and weld the frames one by one. Producing bicycles by hand means that we can adapt each bicycle to the customer’s taste, but it also gives added value to our product, since each bicycle is unique and has been carefully created, taking care of even the smallest detail.
In addition, the creation process becomes a unique experience for the customer, since they are involved in the design of every detail of their bicycle, as well as being able to follow up and see all the steps that we are taking during the manufacturing process.
CUSTOM GEOMETRY
One of the most important things to keep in mind when riding a bicycle is to make sure that you are pedaling in the correct position. Making a custom bicycle allows us to make the frame and fork adapted to the body and pedaling style of each person, considerably improving the cyclists’ experience on the bike and ensuring a constant improvement in health and well-being in the long term.
1. BIKE FITTING
Our work methodology has always been based on adapting each bicycle to each cyclist as much as possible. That is why instead of offering a standard geometry, we opt for the bike fitting.
The bike fitting is a quick and simple option with which, through a form of main measurements, a fairly approximate geometry can be extracted that adapts to the body proportions of each cyclist.
2. BIOMECHANICAL STUDY "MFB"
Currently, we also have the collaboration of Muntane Full Balance “MFB”, a team of engineers and biomechanics that offer a biomechanical study with an innovative and patented geometry system that seeks to find harmony between the movement of the rider and the bicycle, allowing each pilot can enjoy their own natural movement without accumulating stiffness and harmful tensions in the body in the long term. A geometry that allows you to reach maximum performance through health and well-being.

Since I have my own MFB I can enjoy my mountain bike training much more! I feel how the bicycle accompanies the movement of my body without interruptions and without having to make extra efforts. My movement is transferred to the tires much more efficiently and it allows me to feel the terrain and grip in turns much better. By having a shorter reach adapted to the fold of my body, the bike is much more manageable and turns in tight corners are much easier and more enjoyable.
I am a tall person of 1.90m, and when I spent hours on the bike I ended up with back pain, especially in the lower back. With this bike I don't feel pain, I feel as if the pressure on my back had decreased. Moreover, the bike is very manageable, easy to ride and gives a lot of confidence and control when downhilling and cornering. It has a good balance between comfort and pedaling performance, it is a very healthy bike.

We work with the highest quality tubes of each of these materials from the renowned Columbus and Dedacciai brands to offer unique characteristics of weight, stiffness and shock absorption.
