On the weekend of September 22 to 24, Campmajó Bikes took part in the Sea Otter Europe. One of the largest bicycle fairs in Europe. In this seventh edition, the event achieved a record number of 65,000 visitors from 112 countries, including companies, visitors and cyclists.

Among the more than 400 brands exhibiting their products, Sea Otter and Bikestable selected our Double Suspension Electric Tandem as the second most innovative technological bike of the entire event.

During the weekend we presented 6 bikes: the 26” trial bike that Trial World Champion Sergi Llongueras competed with at the UCI Super World Championships in Glasgow last August, also the new design of his MTB bike, our 20” trial bikes and our first double suspension electric tandem that we presented last year and which is piloted by Alfons Bayonas.

But without any doubt, the main innovation was the latest double suspension electric tandem that we already announced a few days ago on our social networks and that we have just sent to Italy to the Fondazione por lo Sport Silvia Parente. An association based in Bologna with the aim of promoting sport as an instrument of social inclusion.

This new Campmajó Bikes E-Tandem Enduro model has a 250W and 90Nm OLI Edge-SH motor and two supports to mount two fully integrated 630Wh OLI batteries. Unlike the previous year, in this new model the batteries are removable and interchangeable. This greatly facilitates assembly and maintenance, ensures a good guarantee on the entire electrical system supported by OLI E-bike Systems and, in addition, greatly improves battery charging logistics. With a single click you can remove the battery and plug it in wherever you want.

In addition to the motor system and electric batteries, in this new model we have also presented improvements at the structural level of the frame, such as a better connecting rod system for the rear suspension in which the pads are hidden and greatly improves aesthetics and operation. All machined garments have been improved seeking maximum optimization between aesthetics, functionality and weight. We have simplified the battery boxes giving a much better finished aesthetic with much less welding. Finally, we have added our new modernized lettering which we have released in 2023 and which has been very well received!
